IT MUST BE CLEARLY STATED 
 

1. THE PROCESS IN RECOVERING DATA IS NOT GUARANTEED TO RECOVERY 100% OF LOST INFORMATION. FACTORS SUCH AS THE TYPE OF DATA MEDIUM, ERRORS AND DAMAGES WILL CONTRIBUTE TO A PERCENTAGE OF UNRECOVERABLE DATA.
    

2. RECOVERED DATA FROM A DAMAGED MEDIUM WILL BE BACKED TO A NEW MEDIUM OF THE SAME TYPE AND STORAGE SIZE. THE COST OF NEW MEDIUM WILL BE INCURRED IN THE TOTAL DATA RECOVERY COST. 

   • (eg. data recovered from a damaged 8gb flash drive will be backed up to a new 8gb flash drive)

   • (eg. data recovered from a damaged 500GB hard-drive will be backed up to a new 500 GB hard-drive)
      

3. IN REGARDS TO STATEMENT #2, IF THE REPLACEMENT MEDIUM FOR THE FORMER IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO SPECIFICS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND GUIDED ACCORDINGLY.
